MDS Lashes – Returns & Refunds Policy

At MDS Lashes, customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any eyelash products. This policy ensures that all items remain sanitary and unopened for our customers.

No Returns & Refunds
    •    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on eyelash products.
    •    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement if:
    •    You receive a damaged or incorrect item.
    •    You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, application, or storage of the product.
